Energy Shield Chaos Inoculation (CI) helmet

1. Buy a fractured item level 84+ Lich’s Circlet with (39-42)% Increased Energy Shield and (16-17)% Increased Stun and Block Recovery (Ilvl 85+ For T1 Int!).
2. Regal Orb (if base is magic) + Deafening Essence of Woe (52-58 to Maximum Energy Shield) until at least T2 (Or T1) % Increased Energy Shield.
3. Lesser Eldritch Ichor (once) and Eldritch Chaos Orb (Re-rolling Suffixes!) until you get at least 1 or 2 Elemental Resistances. If you have 1 modifier for Suffixes, use an Exalted orb for the second one.
4. Crafting bench modifiers that are very useful are: “5-6% Chance to Suppress Spell Damage”, “Trigger Socketed Spells when you Focus, with a 0.25 second Cooldown”, or general resistances/Attributes.
5. Eldritch Ember until you hit either: “Mana cost of attacks” or any of the curse effects;
   Eldritch Ichor until you hit either: “Mana Reservation Efficiency of skills” or “% of Physical damage taken as Chaos Damage”.

Mana Reservation Efficiency

1. Buy a fractured item level 84+ helmet with either Resistance (46-48%) or Chaos Resistance (28%+). This works on any helmet base type! Higher equip level of base, more base stats it has.
2. Regal Orb (if base is magic) + Deafening Essence of Loathing (Increased Mana reservation efficiency) until either Chaos Resistance or Elemental Resistance (opposite of fracture in Step 1).
3. Lesser Eldritch Ember (once) and Eldritch Chaos Orb until you’re satisfied with prefixes (As much life or Defense mods like armour, evasion or energy shield).
4. Crafting bench for last prefix (whichever you want, from life to level of AoE gems etc.)
5. Eldritch Ember (lesser, greater) until you hit “Reduced mana cost of attacks” and Eldritch Ichor (lesser, greater) until you hit “Increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills”
