Physical Bow (Cheap & Expensive Version)
This is a written guide for now, it’s expensive and will be fully done later on.
Step By Step Process (Expensive Bow Full Phys)
Step 1 – Buy a Base
There are 2 ways how to approach this craft. Cheaper and More Expensive. Choose which bow base to buy.
Quick List:
Spine Bow – 1.40 Attack Speed, 6.5% Crit, 38-115 DMG [Most Expensive]
Citadel Bow – 1.25 Attack Speed, 6.0% Crit, 36-144 DMG [2nd Most Expensive]
Ranger Bow – 1.30 Attack Speed, 6.0% Crit, 56-117 DMG
Assassin Bow – 1.25 Attack Speed, 6.7% Crit, 43-130 DMG, 15-25% Crit Multiplier
Ranger & Assassin bows are generally priced the same (cheaper than first two).
Rest of the bows are generally lower bracket, deal less damage and therefore are less expensive to purchase.
First bow (Cheaper) is to buy a bow base that has fractured “75-79% increased physical damage + 175-200 to accuracy rating”.
Second bow (Expensive) is to buy a bow base that has fractured “170-190% increased physical damage”.
For the sake of this guide, we will continue with this bow.
Once you bought your base, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – If Needed, Regal The Base
- Once you buy a base, if the base is Magic (which means it is blue in color), you will need to use a “Regal Orb” (in the image) and right click it, then left click the item.
- This makes the item yellow in color, which is called a “Rare” item.
- Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 – Buy a Lot of Deafening Essences of Contempt And Start Crafting
Elemental Bow (Damage over Time)
DoT Bow:
1. Any bow base (ilvl 82+) that you’d like fractured with damage over time multiplier fracture.
2. Deafening Essence of Hatred/Anger/Wrath (Hatred best!) until you get other T1 Fire & Lightning and 1 empty suffix.
3. Crafting bench – Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Chaos Orb – Choose your unveil.
4. Fill your last mod with crafting bench (Damage over time multi of choice!).
Step By Step Process
Step 1 – Choosing / Buying a Base
Elemental Bow (+2 Arrows & Crit)
Elemental Bow (Expensive):
1. Spine bow base (ilvl 86+) with Bow attacks fire 2 additional arrows fracture (or ilvl 82+ with 1 arrow for cheaper).
2. Deafening Essence of Hatred/Anger/Wrath (Hatred best!) until you get other T1 Fire & Lightning and 1 empty suffix.
3. Crafting bench – Prefixes cannot be changed + Veiled Chaos Orb – Choose your unveil (Preferably attack speed!).
4. Crafting bench last mod, usually crit + attributes.
Thicket Bow (Chaos Damage & + Levels to Gems)
- Buy a Thicket Bow with 24-26% To Damage Over Time Multiplier fracture (item level doesn’t matter!)
- Use Orb of Scouring on it, then use 1 Regal orb to get a second modifier and make it Rare.
- Use an Orb of Annulment to remove the second mod but keep the rarity of the bow.
- Put the bow in the crafting bench, and craft this IN ORDER:
– Can Have Up To 3 Crafted Modifiers (suffix)
– Cannot roll Attack Modifiers (suffix)
– Use an Exalted orb to get the “+1 to Level of Socketed Gems” prefix modifier (guaranteed!)
– Type this in search: Remove crafted modifiers & click it. - Once again, do this IN ORDER:
– Can Have Up To 3 Crafted Modifiers (suffix)
– (18-20)% to Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier (suffix)
– +2 to Level of Socketed Support Gems (prefix)
